• Memberships are personal and non-transferable

• You must be at least 16 years old to become a member

• You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate in exercise

4. Payments & Cancellations
   All prices are stated in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise specified.

• Membership fees must be paid in advance

• You may cancel your membership in accordance with the cancellation terms of your plan

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if payments are not made

5. Health & Safety
   By using our gym, you confirm that:

• You understand the risks involved in physical exercise

• You will follow staff instructions and posted safety guidelines

• You will not use equipment or facilities if under the influence of alcohol or drugs

We are not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow proper guidance.

6. Liability
   We are not liable for:

• Personal injury unless caused by our negligence

• Loss or theft of personal belongings on our premises

• Damage arising from your use or inability to use the website

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 6 months prior to the incident.
